With smart reminders, honest adherence tracking, refill alerts, an on-device drug interaction reference, caregiver sharing, and optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices, PillPal makes medication adherence dependable and clear.
Where many apps inflate their numbers, PillPal counts missed and skipped doses, so the adherence you share with your doctor is trustworthy. Escalating follow-up nudges arrive after 10 and 20 minutes until a dose is taken or skipped, refill tracking estimates remaining supply from your real schedule, and multiple profiles let you manage medications for the people you care for. A read-only caregiver view lets a trusted family member keep an eye on things.
PillPal also includes a side-effect and mood journal with charts, an emergency medical card, achievements and streaks for motivation, an Apple Watch app, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with an interactive Take button, Live Activities, Control Center controls, and Siri and App Intents support. PillPal is offline-first with optional iCloud sync, and uses no analytics, tracking, or ads.
